Using ABS plastic shell on pcDuino V2

pcDuino have a nice ABS plastic shell, this shell interior space can be infinitely extended, and is compatible with Arduino.Arduino UNO and Arduino Mega both can use this box.

There appear a new version pcDuino V2,  there is an USB ports original replaced by WIFI Module on the board.USB OTG position also have already been changed, so that install the bezel of the USB port is very difficult. In the following , will show you how to use this shell on pcDuino .

There are three ways:

The first method: The most simple and practical,  directly give up the side of USB baffle ,the steps are the same as using V1 as , please refer to pcDuino .

The second method: 3D Printing a USB baffle , the installation, and can support 3D printing STL file in pcDuino .

The third method: is the most fun ,we can make it by ourselves.

1 Prepare the following materials and tools

This side of the baffle USB, diagonal pliers, rasp.

2. Adjust WIFI module section

Compare with  pcDuino V2 ratio  found that the two position needs to be removed.

3.Adjust the USB OTG part

USB OTG shifted to the right, the easiest way to lose this part can be modified according to the size OTG interface.

4.After last amended baffle and installation

5 .Then continue pcDuino , complete the remaining steps.
