Music Shield For Arduino

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]The Music Shield is a professional audio codec.It can work with Arduino, Seeeduino, Seeeduino Mega and Arduino Mega. It is based on VS1053b IC, and can play a variety of music formats stored on MicroSD cards with Seeed the provided Arduino Library.

Note:Recording is only supported on Seeeduino Mega and Arduino Mega for now.

2. Add needed header files to arduino-0022\hardware\tools\avr\avr\include

3. Run arduino-0022, File -> Examples -> music_v1_14 -> music

4. Compile, download example to Arduino

5. Inside MP3 files into SD Card

6. Connecting Music Shield to Arduino, plug in SD card to Music Shield. Finally connect the headset, open the Serial Monitor (Baud Rate: 9600) on IDE, then you will hear wonderful music:
