Use Arduino Uno with pcDuino3

Although it’s not necessary as pcDuino3 already supports Arduino style programming, in cases, users still want to use Arduino Uno together with pcDuino3.

When connect Arduino Uno to pcDuino3 through the USB port, Arduino Uno will show up as as serial port device.

Before we connect Arduino Uno, we can check the serial device:

ArduinoUNO1

Connect Arduino Uno to pcDuino3 as shown below:

Now we re-check the serial port, we will find:

ArduinoUNO2

We can see that Arduino UNO shows up as a serial device ‘/dev/ttyACM0’.
